Os Anais do CDU - Congresso de Direito UniCesumar, reúnem os trabalhos apresentados no evento anual realizado na Universidade Cesumar em Maringá, Paraná, reunindo acadêmicos e profissionais do Direito. Os trabalhos apresentados passaram por um rigoroso processo de dupla avaliação às cegas por pares, garantindo a imparcialidade e qualidade científica. Os Anais do Congresso Internacional de Ciência Jurídica da Universidade Estadual de Maringá reúnem os trabalhos apresentados no evento anual realizado na cidade de Maringá/PR, em formato híbrido. O congresso tem como foco central as temáticas "Tutelas das Minorias e dos Grupos Vulneráveis" e "Fenômenos Emancipatórios", promovendo debates acadêmicos sobre questões jurídicas contemporâneas. Os artigos científicos e resumos expandidos publicados passaram por um rigoroso processo de dupla avaliação às cegas por pares, assegurando a imparcialidade e a qualidade científica das pesquisas. O evento abrangeu uma ampla gama de áreas do Direito, incluindo direito constitucional, penal, civil e direitos humanos, consolidando-se como um espaço relevante para a troca de conhecimento e o avanço das pesquisas jurídicas.

Anais Semana UENP de DIREITO CIVIL
Os Anais da Semana UENP de Direito Civil reúnem os resumos dos trabalhos apresentados no evento promovido pela Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná (UENP). A Semana se consolidou como um espaço essencial para o estudo e a discussão dos principais temas do Direito Civil, incentivando a produção acadêmica e o intercâmbio de ideias entre estudantes, pesquisadores e profissionais da área. Os resumos publicados passaram por um processo de avaliação por pares em sistema de revisão duplo-cega, garantindo a qualidade e a relevância científica das pesquisas. O evento abrange uma ampla gama de temas, incluindo contratos, responsabilidade civil, direito das famílias e sucessões, além de discussões interdisciplinares sobre a evolução normativa e jurisprudencial do Direito Civil. Com a publicação dos anais, a Semana UENP de Direito Civil fortalece seu compromisso com a difusão do conhecimento jurídico, incentivando a pesquisa acadêmica e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da ciência do Direito.

Proceedings of the International Congress on Personality Rights
The Electronic Proceedings of the 7th International Congress on Personality Rights and 5th Alumni Meeting of Unicesumar bring together the scientific output presented at the event held in 2025, within the scope of the Master’s and Doctoral Program in Law of Universidade Cesumar. The work, in digital format and subject to prior technical-scientific evaluation, consolidates the Congress as a forum for international dialogue and the Alumni Meeting as an institutional strategy for monitoring the academic and professional trajectory of the masters and doctors trained by the Program.
The volume is organized into ten Working Groups (GTs), which structure the texts according to their interfaces with personality rights: GT01 – Constitutional Law and Personality Rights; GT02 – Family Law, Succession Law and Personality Rights; GT03 – Personality Rights and Criminal Protection; GT04 – Collective Rights and Personality Rights; GT05 – Philosophy and Hermeneutics; GT06 – Access to Justice; GT07 – Civil Law; GT08 – Technologies; GT09 – Human Rights; and GT10 – Theory of Personality Rights (genealogy, concepts and expansion). Each GT includes full scientific articles and extended abstracts, allowing for both more in-depth discussions and the presentation of research in progress.
The works address diverse and contemporary topics, always starting from the centrality of the dignity of the human person and the protection of attributes such as identity, honor, privacy, image, and physical and psychological integrity. They include, for example, studies on greenwashing and misleading sustainability claims, analyzing their impact on the rights to information and to freedom of consumer choice; research on digital access to justice and online reporting channels for women victims of domestic violence; reflections on ESG, corporate social responsibility and collective protection; discussions in legal philosophy and hermeneutics on freedom, human dignity and post-mortem rights; works on mediation, restorative justice and appropriate dispute resolution methods; as well as analyses of civil liability, betting and digital advertising, transgender children and the development of personality.
Particular emphasis is also given to the section devoted to technologies, with articles on the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados – LGPD) and the challenges of its implementation by micro-entrepreneurs, the use of digital influencers and the protection of the health and dignity of young consumers, as well as studies on deepfakes, algorithmic recognition, digital profiles and the protection of the image of children and adolescents on social networks. In the field of human rights, there are works on religious freedom, public policies on inclusive education, sign language as an extension of personality, and the international responsibility of the State for human rights violations.
